Preliminary Information Form
This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Article 5 of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the BUYER about the basic terms of the contract before its conclusion. Please read the following carefully.
1. Seller Information

2. Basic Characteristics of the Service
The type, scope, duration, manner of performance, and reporting details of the service you purchase are specified in detail on the package page presented to you at order time and in your order confirmation email.
3. Total Price (All Taxes Included)
The service fee is shown on the order page in Turkish Lira (TRY) with all taxes included. For monthly subscription services, the total monthly fee and subscription duration are clearly stated. There are no additional costs you need to pay; iyzico commission or bank transaction fees are not collected from the seller.
4. Payment and Performance
Payments can be made through the iyzico infrastructure with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Troy cards. For one-time services, payment is collected upfront when the order is completed. For monthly subscription services, the first payment is at the time of order, and subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same day each month.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice shall be sent in writing to info@clarytics.com.tr. IMPORTANT: If, with the BUYER's explicit consent, the performance of the service is started before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service is fully performed (DSR Art. 15/1-h). You provide this consent during ordering by checking the 'I consent to the service being performed before the withdrawal period ends and I understand that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed' box.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
Per DSR Art. 15, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: (a) strategies, reports, content, code, designs and other digital deliverables prepared in line with the BUYER's special requests or personal needs and not suitable for return; (b) services whose performance has started with the BUYER's consent before the withdrawal period ends and has been fully performed; (c) instant digital services consumed during their performance.
7. Refund Process and Conditions
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, the service fee not yet performed is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days using the method of payment. If partial performance has occurred, the fee for the performed portion is deducted and the balance is refunded.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee / Court Limits
Disputes arising from this contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. 2026 monetary limits for Consumer Arbitration Committee / Consumer Court: District Consumer Arbitration Committee for disputes below 35,110 TRY; Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee for disputes between 35,110 TRY and 52,660 TRY (within metropolitan boundaries); Consumer Court for disputes of 104,000 TRY and above. Mediation: Under the 2025 amendment, mediation is a prerequisite for litigation in commercial disputes. In consumer disputes, mediation is optional at the consumer's discretion before filing a lawsuit; not mandatory.
9. Complaints and Feedback
For disruptions, delays, or quality issues that may occur during service performance, you can send written notification to info@clarytics.com.tr. We will evaluate and respond within 7 business days. For unresolved complaints, your right to apply to the above-mentioned Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court is reserved.
10. Storage of the Contract
The Distance Sales Contract and this Preliminary Information Form are stored electronically by the SELLER and transmitted to the BUYER upon request. The retention period is at least 10 years pursuant to relevant legal regulations.
11. Buyer's Consent
The BUYER declares and undertakes that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form and obtained the necessary preliminary information electronically during the order confirmation stage. The contract is concluded when the BUYER checks the 'I have read and accept the Distance Sales Contract' box and completes the order.
