Cancellation & Refund Policy
This page outlines the cancellation, withdrawal and refund terms applicable to the digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, web development, content marketing and web analytics services provided by Clarytics. It complies with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
General
By requesting a service through clarytics.com.tr or via a written agreement, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract. The scope, fee, duration and delivery conditions are specified in the agreement.
Service Delivery
Our services are performed from the start date specified in the contract throughout its duration. Due to the nature of the service, no physical delivery is involved; reports, outputs and deliverables are shared digitally (email, shared workspace, client dashboard).
Payment
Service fees are paid according to the conditions stated in the contract (upfront, in installments or monthly) via bank transfer/EFT or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Troy) through iyzico. For online payments, the amount is charged from your card according to the contract terms.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal in service contracts may be exercised within 14 (fourteen) days from the signing of the contract. Within this period, you may withdraw from the contract by sending a written notice to info@clarytics.com.tr without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts whose performance has commenced with the customer's approval before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Likewise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to strategies, reports, content and digital deliverables prepared at the customer's special request or based on their personal/business needs that are not suitable for return or resale.
Refund Conditions
Within 14 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches Clarytics, the fee for services not yet performed will be refunded to the customer. If part of the service has been performed, the fee for the performed portion will be deducted and the balance refunded.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing for your monthly subscription services at any time. You can complete the cancellation via /account/subscriptions or by sending a written request to info@clarytics.com.tr. If the cancellation is made before the start of the next billing period, no charge will be made for the next period. The service continues to be performed for the current period (the month you have already paid for); no partial refund is issued for past months because the service is continuously performed.
Failure to Deliver on Time
If unforeseeable force majeure occurs and the service cannot be performed on time, the customer will be notified. The customer may cancel the contract, request replacement with another service, or postpone performance until the obstacle is removed. If the contract is cancelled, any paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Non-Payment
If the customer fails to pay the service fee specified in the contract or cancels it in bank records, Clarytics' obligation to provide service terminates.
Unauthorized Use of Credit Card
If, after the service has been performed, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was used by unauthorized persons and the bank or financial institution does not pay the service fee to Clarytics, the customer is obliged to compensate the value of the service performed.
Default and Legal Consequences
If the customer defaults when paying by credit card, the customer accepts, declares and undertakes that they will pay interest under their credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
For questions or objections regarding cancellation, withdrawal and refund, please first send a written request to info@clarytics.com.tr. We will evaluate it within 7 business days. For unresolved disputes, you reserve the right to apply to the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary thresholds set for 2026.
